Network-wide default service penetration targets. These apply to every store (latest saved set wins, across fiscal years) unless a store's approved budget sets its own.

Network Default KPI Goals
Default weekly / rate targets applied to any store that has no budget-approved KPI goals of its own — e.g. stores you track but don't budget. Stores in an approved budget use their own numbers; these are the fallback.

Every store's effective KPI targets. Budgeted stores show their approved-budget numbers; stores without a budget fall back to the Network Default KPI Goals. To change a budgeted store, edit & re-approve its budget; to change the fallback, use the Default KPI Goals tab.

Weekly Hours Overrides
Temporary per-store weekly-hours goal overrides for a date range. When a scorecard period ends within an override's range, the override value is used instead of the standing Weekly Hrs goal.
